Wholesale availability
Yes I do accept wholesale on all my items (excludes original artwork) just send me a message or email enquiries@victoriathorpe.co.uk and I can arrange this for you
Where is my order?
All UK orders are expected in 1-3 working days from the dispatch date although in some rare occasions they take up to 10 working days. If you do not receive your order in this time please send me a message.
All international orders are expected within 7-10 working days although in some rare cases can take up to 30 working days. Please message me if you haven’t received it in this time.
Can I upgrade to tracked shipping?
Yes you can!
Please message me as each order will have a different price depending on weight of the package.
Is your shipping guaranteed?
My shipping is not guaranteed for items under £20. For original artwork and orders £20-£50 I use signed for service in the UK. For artwork and orders over £50 I use a special delivery service (uk) which is guaranteed for the next working day.
Let me know if you’d like an upgrade to guaranteed shipping if living in the UK.
I can offer this overseas but it is quite costly so do contact me before purchasing to find out more
